To connect with today’s most talented students, ICF Macro participates in college recruiting career fairs and offers internships, when available, that give college and graduate students a good look at ICF Macro as an employer. We recruit actively at a variety of colleges and universities and through associations committed to minority and female professionals.

Internships
At ICF Macro, internships combine learning and doing, so students have a meaningful, positive work experience. Our interns participate in key meetings, take an active role in important projects, work as part of a team, and participate in company-sponsored events.

To apply for an internship at ICF Macro, check with your placement office for the dates we’ll be conducting interviews on your campus, and be sure to read our interview tips before arriving for an interview.
